The Reminder

This is just to remind you that like all other rental agencies, a back groundcheck is conducted on all applicants. This is just to protect you and to qualify you for the rental. The purpose is simply to make sure you are able to pay the rent for your unit. A secondary purpose is to make sure that our properties are not abused or damaged in any way. Ther is no other purpose for the background check.The report is requested from Renntal Hisrory Reports, a very reputable and responsible reporting agency. There is no other purpo0e for requestinfg this repot. 

Please be aware that a $65.00 application will be collected for each aplication.

A $595.00 Security deposit will be rquired at the time of lease signing. This is refundable if there are no expenses incurred to support your rental, such as legal, collection and other fees allowed in the lease and the addendum to the lease.

A one month's rent will be collected at the time of the lease as damage deposit. This is also refundable if there is no damage to the unit and it meets the cleaning criteria provided to you at the time of the lease. Basically you will have to leave the unit in the condition that you found it at time of rental. A list of cleaning and repiar charges will be provided to you so you know what will be billed to you for restoration of the unit after you leave.

The last thing will be the rental for the current month. This will be prorated for the days remaining in the month you are moning in.

Pleae be aware that you canot get the key to your unit until all required fees and rentals are paid in their entirety.

Pleae remember also that we canot do any paperwork or processing or reprentation work to help you collect your money from any agencies of the government or private organisations. We are simply not equipped to do that.
