The approval/disapproval

The approval/disapproval is a simple process. It is not directed against

anyone. We strictly look at your capacity to pay your rent on time and in a

regular fashion and that the rental to you will not endanger the property in

any way. The building safety and your safety is our main concern. Our rental

approval and disapproval are based on a background check. We do this using

your information in the appliction. The background check is conducted by

Rental History Reports and therefore requires an application fee of $65.00.

We cannot guarantee before the background check that you will be

approved. We are of course willing to consider extenuating circumstances

and believe in secnod chances as best as we can.

Basically the approval/disapproval process is based on a case by case basis

to accomodate as many peopele as we can!

But it is all on a First Come First Served Basis. Plese make a note of this! We

cannot do it any other way!
